Before getting in touch, we recommend exploring the Website Migration Toolkit, which includes:

These resources are regularly updated based on the questions raised and feedback received, and are often the quickest way to find answers.
2. Training and Kick Off Sessions
We will offer regular Kick Off sessions, online on Teams, to help guide you through the migration process and address common questions.
There will also be fortnightly training sessions that you can sign up for. These will take place on Teams.
3. Local Support
Some departments and divisions have local web or communications officers who are familiar with the migration project. Where available, they can advise on:
- Department-specific timelines and expectations
- Content approval workflows or strategy
- Internal roles and responsibilities
