How to get help
1. Start with the Toolkit
Before getting in touch, we recommend exploring the Website Migration Toolkit, which includes:
- Step-by-step guides for each stage of migration
- A detailed Migration Checklist
- A glossary of key terms and roles
- FAQs based on common questions
These resources are regularly updated based on the questions raised and feedback received, and are often the quickest way to find answers.
2. Training and Drop-In Sessions
We will offer regular training sessions, both online and in-person, to help guide you through the migration process and address common questions.
From the end of September there will be weekly Teams drop-in sessions on Tuesday afternoons. Details of these can be found on the Migration Teams channel.
3. Local Support
Some departments and divisions have local web or communications officers who are familiar with the migration project. Where available, they can advise on:
- Department-specific timelines and expectations
- Content approval workflows or strategy
- Internal roles and responsibilities
