Content audit
A full content audit of your Mosaic site can feel daunting, but it’s an important step to take when preparing to migrate your site. Doing one helps you review and organise your content so that it’s ready to be migrated across smoothly.
The main benefits to auditing your content before migrating to another platform such as Fresco are:
- Gain a better understanding of the content on your site, how much content you have, and what work is needed to move it.
- Identify pages, documents, forms, videos, and other content that need to be updated, reviewed or deleted before migrating. This will also help with your site’s sustainability. Read more about sustainability
- Running a content audit is also a great opportunity to review your site’s design, accessibility and navigation, and where your content sits within the site.
Other benefits to a content audit
